Mendoza Law Mission Statement
 Cynthia Johns Mendoza and Clint Dupew are the founding attorneys of Mendoza Law.
Our mission is to provide high quality, personal service to families in Tarrant County, Texas. Whether you are considering divorce, have post-divorce custody issues, are experiencing difficulties with child support orders, are a grandparent inquiring about your rights, or simply have questions regarding Texas family law, our firm offers prompt legal attention and accessible consultation. Additionally, we offer estate planning and probate services including wills, powers of attorney, trusts and guardianships.
When you or your family enters into litigation, the stress level for everyone involved may be incredibly high. It is our goal to answer questions fully in an effort to provide you with a complete understanding of the laws and customs of the family and probate courts; mediate with the opposing parties when appropriate to avoid unnecessary litigation; respond to your needs in a personal, appropriate and timely manner; and act as your advocates throughout the legal process.
Jessica Lopez, our skilled legal assistant, will assist you from 9-5 Monday through Thursday and 9-3 Friday by answering your calls, assisting you with appointments and answering any questions you may have about our firm. Along with her invaluable assistance, Jessica is bilingual in Spanish, which allows our firm to serve the legal needs of our Spanish-speaking clients in the office as well as the court.
Our office is located in Fort Worth, approximately five minutes from the Tarrant County Family Law Center and the Probate Court. A detailed map may be found under the "Directions" page of this website.
